How much does recruitment cost?
Our fee is a percentage of the new hire's annual salary. We agree it upfront in your proposal, and we offer lower rates if you hire with us regularly.
Do you only work with companies in Nigeria?
No. We work with businesses in Nigeria, across Africa and internationally, including companies hiring remote teams. We set up your HR to fit the laws where your people work.
We're a small team. Is this for us?
Yes. Many of our clients are startups and small businesses hiring their first few people or putting HR basics in place for the first time.
